About Me

I am Bianca, and it’s lovely to meet you. I come to this work with over a decade of supporting progressive campaigns, companies, and non-profits to thrive and win. I have led and facilitated over 400 training sessions with 1000+ attendees, coached and mentored incredible leaders, and helped build thoughtful and empathetic teams from the ground up at Leadership and Executive levels. 

I’ve also suddenly lost my job, been laid off, managed small and large teams, lost campaigns, and outperformed all expectations. I’ve had difficult, brave conversations and made significant mistakes in my career. The beauty of this is that I know the destination isn’t perfectionism. But something more imperfectly authentic. All while trying to exist in a system that demands that we fit into a specific box. Where can we cultivate or find safety, joy, and abundance in a world that often reflects something different? 

As a woman of color, I reject the idea that we must let go of who we are and what we need to thrive in our work and life. I am a consultant, trainer, and ICF certified in healing-centered coaching, an intersectional and transformational practice that holds all aspects of you.
