This is where the healing happens, as you shift from an undesired to a more desired place, whatever that looks like, just for you.
I specialize in supporting women and people of color in exploring what’s available now and next in their careers and lives.
As a coach, I bring all my personal and professional experience to our sessions, including tools and modalities like breathwork, journaling, and meditation, to our space. Completely optional and only when requested, I am happy to incorporate frameworks like enneagram, astrology, and Human Design. I am completing the Living Your Design course taught by kelsey rose tortorice.
