I get it, writing cover letters and updating your resume can feel like UGH. Fun fact: I love cover letters and resumes. I enjoy reading them, writing them, and supporting YOU in writing a bold, engaging, and clear cover letter and resume.  

Why should you trust me? I have been the interviewer and interviewee hundreds of times. I’ve been there from leading phone screens, panel interviews, technical tests, and presentations to board members. I have also led several hiring processes from start to finish, from drafting interview questions and building the pipeline to collecting references. 

I have reviewed a lot of resumes. My perspective is one of many, and I can make big and small tweaks so you can stand out and highlight what really matters. I have a knack for understanding what organizations and hiring teams want and what they are looking for.
