When I think of training and working with individuals and organizations, I think about storytelling and connection. Who are we, and what do we bring to this work? What are our stories, values, and why of showing up here? I always tailor my skills and sessions to what’s at the heart of organizational and participant needs, whether I am leading a session on technical skills or building and managing teams. 

As a trainer and facilitator, I bring my genuine curiosity and care to everyone in the room. My gifts in this space are:

• Create an inclusive, welcoming, and warm space for all attendees
• Move at the speed of the room, the content, and the attendees
• Quickly sense confusion, tension, or a need to pause and reset
• Breakdown technical or new concepts for non-technical or new-to-tech attendees
• Strategic lens to support teams and organizations to succeed and collaborate
